Erin Whitmore, MA, MSW, RSW, PhD
Erin Whitmore is a strategic leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, advocacy, and research. She has led national efforts to address gender-based violence and advance gender equity, working alongside governments and grassroots organizations across Canada.
As a registered social worker, Erin bridges organizational consulting and counselling, offering both strategic clarity and grounded support to both individuals and organizations working for change.
She founded and leads Edgework Counselling and Consulting where she brings together her experience in systems change and direct practice. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins where individual insight and collective transformation meet.
